Allows to execute non results queries.

Execute a sql query which doesn't get any data such as UPDATE or DELETE sentences. This function can be used as follow:

   afgs_command_execute_non_query (connection, 
                                   "DELETE * FROM anywhere");

But also, as follow:

    afgs_command_execute_non_query (connection, 
             "DELETE * FROM anywhere WHERE attr = '%s'", value);

The behaviour of this function can also be tweaked using database access semantic [string]. This value allows to control how connections to database are handled.

Parameters:
cmd_string printf posix format string sql command.
Returns:
TRUE if query was succesfully executed, otherwise return FALSE.
