Allows to perform a ROLLBACK operation into the given connection.

If an error is found, common database configuration is to rollback current state into the state when the BEGIN (see afgs_command_begin).

However, to ensure that a rollback is done and the given connection gets ready to be used again, a ROLLBACK operation should be performed if a error is found.
