void vortex_listener_shutdown ( VortexConnection *  listener, axl_bool  also_created_conns   ) Allows to shutdown the listener provided and all connections that were created due to its function. The function perform a shutdown (no BEEP close session phase) on the listener and connections created. Parameters: listener  The listener to shutdown. also_created_conns  axl_true to shutdown all connections
