Introduction

"Stripes" is a set of tools, developed by Advanced Software Production Line, to produce barcodes, using a graphical tool, a command line and a library (that could be used to integrate the "Stripes" engine inside your application).

Some of its features are the following:

• Currently it supports: CODE39
• It can produce PNG (Portable network graphics), PDF (Document acrobat) y PS (Postscript).
• It allows several text configurations while producing barcodes: size, font, alternative text, or just disable it.
• It allows several graphical options: barcode rotation, translucent background, border size and barcode height.
• It comes with a C library, a command line and a graphical user interface (written in C#).
• It is Open Source code, using a triple license model: GPL, comercial and Aspl Open Source Alliance. Check license section to know more about this issue.
