Allows to define a parameter dependency between the to arguments defined.

The kind of dependency has direction. This means that the first argument will depend on the second argument, forcing the user to define the second argument if the first one is defined.

You can call to this function several times making the first argument to depend on any number of argument defined. You must not call to establish a dependency to the argument itself.
